Radio Planete Terre - global human rights radio broadcast
Radio Planete Terre will broadcast worldwide from 25 to 29 August 1998,
live from AMARC 7, the World Conference of Community Radio Broadcasters in
Milan. The station will be the first ever live global link up of community
radio broadcasters.
Radio Planete Terre will be receivable by Internet worldwide and via
satellite in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, acific and North America.
The week long international radio stations takes as its theme Communication
and Human Rights, to mark the fiftieth anniversary of the universal
declaration of human rights.
Radio stations worldwide are invited to receive broadcast quality bulletins
and feature programmes in english, french and spanish via satellite and the
Internet for re-broadcast locally. Radio stations can also use the Internet
to send their own programme to Radio Planete Terre for broadcast. Full
programme details, together with information on reception by satellite
receiver or via the Internet are available at the AMARC 7 Web site

The project has been organised by AMARC, the World Association of Community
Radio Broadcasters in partnership with World Radio Network and GreenNet.

Radio Planète Terre
Emisión radiofónica de los derechos humanos globales
Radio Planète Terre va a emitir para el mundo entero del 25 al 29 de
agosto de 1998, en directo desde AMARC 7, La Conferencia Mundial de los
Radiodifusores Comunitarios en Milán. La emisora será la primera conexión
en directo de los radiodifusores comunitarios.
Se podrá recibir Radio Planète Terre vía Internet en el mundo entero y
por satélite en Europa, Africa, Medio Oriente, Asia, zona pacífica y
Norteamérica. La emisora de radio internacional ha escogido el tema de la
Comunicación y los Derechos Humanos para conmemorar el cincuenta
aniversario de la declaración Universal de Los Derechos Humanos.
Invitan a las estaciones de radio del mundo entero a recibir boletines de
calidad y programas en inglés, francés y español vía satélite e
Internet para volver a emitir a nivel local. También las emisoras de radio
pueden utilizar Internet para mandar sus programas a Radio Planète Terre
para que los difundan. Se pueden consultar todos los detalles de los

Emission globale sur les Droits Humains
Radio Planète Terre va émettre dans le monde entier du 25 au 29 août 1998,
en direct à partir d'AMARC 7, la Conférence Mondiale des Radiodiffuseurs
Communautaires à Milan. Cette émission sera la toute première au niveau
mondiale à relier en direct les radiodiffuseurs communautaires.
On pourra recevoir Radio Planète Terre dans le monde entier par Internet
et, par satellite, en Europe, Afrique, Asie, Moyen-Orient, zone pacifique
et Amérique du nord. Cette station de radio internationale a choisi le
thème de la Communication et des Droits Humains pour son émission afin de
commémorer le cinquantième anniversaire de la Déclaration des Droits Humains.
Les stations de radio du monde entier sont invitées à recevoir les
bulletins de grande qualité qui seront émis et à servir de relais pour
rediffuser par satellite et Internet, sur le plan local, les programmes en
anglais, français et espagnol. Les stations de radio peuvent aussi recourir
à l'Internet pour envoyer leurs propres programmes à Radio Planète Terre
qui les rediffusera.
