Edward your grassy roots have given me impetus. I was delighted with your
impressive summary of the excellent postings. I fully support
 your suggestion of forming a pressure group and Flora's similar focus of
providing keys to sattelite data broadcasting.

The practical talent,wisdom and resources of this group are impressive.I
have particularly valued the thoughts of Lyn andJose
as well as B.Keith Fulton's 'digital divide'
